Kegworth Donation Stations have arrived
Kegworth Parish Council is working with LOROS and East Midlands Air Ambulance to collect any unwanted items for charity.
This has been timed for the village students returning home for the summer, to make the most of any articles they no longer want, but we can take donations from anyone.
If you have any good quality clothes, linens, household goods, bric-a-brac, books, CDs, or DVDs which you no longer need please drop them at one of our "Donation Stations". There are stations in the Parish Council Office, the Village Hall and Lovage Homes Estate Agents. There are outdoor textile bins on the Market Place and outside the Air Ambulance headquarters on Sideley.
You can also drop off any unwanted long life foods, which will be donated to a local Food Bank, at the Parish Council Office and larger items, such as boxed, unused kitchen appliances at the Parish Council Office or the Air Ambulance Office on Sideley during office hours.
The Air Ambulance Headquarters are open:
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Kegworth Village Hall is open:
Thursday 11am-1pm
Saturday 10am-11am
The Donation Stations will be in place until the end of June.
Please give generously as it is for a good cause and a good way to help the environment! Take a selfie with our board on the Market Place (thanks to Jerry Tseng) and tweet us with #KeggyDonates
