I was co-opted to the Council in July 2024 as I was looking for a new challenge where I could make a positive difference to the community I had recently moved in to.

In my working life, I am an experienced, innovative, and highly successful Senior Project Manager and Senior Delivery Professional, with a proven track record of defining, scoping, and achieving end to end project delivery, to develop and transform operational and business processes, instilling continuous improvement within complex, multi-layered and fast changing environments.

I am commercially aware, financially astute, and adept at analysing, evaluating, and implementing effective strategies.

In addition, I have a history of delivering coaching, training, and mentoring to build and develop cohesive, autonomous, multi-skilled and multi-cultural teams, which achieve targets and objectives.

I am using these skills in my work with the Council for the benefit of Kegworth residents.
